Terms of Use

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. All rights in the Game — including its code, art, cards, characters, story, music and trademarks — belong to Leda Yazılım or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, sell or redistribute the Game or any part of it except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information when you register and keep your e-mail address up to date so you can recover your account.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal: you may not sell, trade, share, rent or give away your account or anything in it.
• Your username must not impersonate others or be offensive, hateful or misleading. We may change or reset names that break these rules.

4. Virtual currency and items

The Game contains virtual currencies (such as gold, essence and gems) and virtual items (such as cards, card packs, chests and cosmetics). You can earn them by playing, and some can be bought with real money.

• Virtual currencies and items have no monetary value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value outside the Game, nor transferred to another account. What you get is a limited license to use them in the Game.
• Card packs and chests contain randomly selected items. The probability of receiving each rarity is published in the Game and on our website (Drop rates) before you buy.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and prices as the Game evolves (for example, adjusting a card's stats). We will try to compensate players fairly when we remove content they paid for.
• Unused currency and items are lost if your account is deleted or terminated, or if the Game is shut down (see section 9).

5. Purchases and refunds

Real-money purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and payment policies. Prices are shown in the Game in your local currency and include any taxes the store applies. Items are delivered to your account once the store confirms the payment.

Because virtual items are delivered and can be used immediately, all purchases are final and, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Refund requests are handled by the store you paid: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account). If a refund is granted, we may remove the purchased items or the equivalent amount of currency from your account. If a purchase did not arrive, contact us at support@ledayazilim.com with the store's order number.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and EU consumer law.

6. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients or any third-party software that interferes with the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs or glitches — please report them to us instead;
• fix matches, intentionally lose or win-trade, or manipulate rankings or rewards;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other players, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content in chat, names or guild descriptions;
• share personal information about others, spam, advertise or scam;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, items or currency outside the Game, or use unauthorised payment methods or chargebacks to obtain items;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our servers, other accounts or data.

You can mute, block or report any player. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Warnings, suspensions and bans

If you break these Terms we may, depending on how serious and repeated the violation is, warn you, mute your chat, reset your rank or rewards, remove items obtained unfairly, temporarily suspend your account or permanently ban it. In serious cases (such as cheating, fraud or illegal content) we may act without prior warning. If you think a decision is wrong, contact support@ledayazilim.com and a person will review it.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to content you create, such as chat messages and deck names, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to operate the Game (for example, showing your messages to their recipients or a shared replay to its viewers). You are responsible for what you post.

9. Ending these Terms

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account. We may terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or when the law requires it. We may also stop offering the Game; if we do, we will announce it in the Game at least 60 days in advance and stop selling currency before it closes.

10. Availability and changes

The Game is an online service and needs an internet connection. We work to keep it running, but it may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, updates or problems beyond our control. We may update the Game, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We may update these Terms; we will show the new date above and tell you in the Game about significant changes. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or loss of virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Before starting any dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the legal monetary limits; otherwise the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU/UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and Leda Yazılım, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its support. If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them; the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where these Terms do not cover a topic.
